Using fruit flavor additives for home brewing takes the guesswork out of brewing fruit flavored beers. By using fruit flavor additives, you can be certain about a recipe because you won't have to worry about the ripeness and/or size of the actual fruit that you may be adding to your beer.
Oak staves can be added to your homebrew in order to give your beer that smokey oak flavor. Great addition to IPAs.
